一、職業俱樂部型
武漢光谷足球體育公園
項目地點：湖北省武漢市東湖高新區
項目規模：13.24 公頃
項目時間：2020.08-2021.( 設計、施工中）
項目特點：本項目為公園用地性質；職業俱樂部基地為主，青訓、公共開
放式相結合的混合運營模式體育公園
設計內容：規劃方案設計、擴初設計及施工圖設計（專業包含總圖工程、
土方工程、球場專業工程、臨時建筑工程、永久建筑工程、景觀及景觀照
明工程等）
該項目位于湖北省武漢市東湖高新區，項目總規劃用地面積為 13.24 公頃，
其中一號 ( 專業隊范圍 ) 用地面積 97141.32 ㎡ ，二號（青訓范圍）用地
面積 35220.39 ㎡。
項目兼顧足球專業訓練、賽事與大眾足球運動等多重功能，建成后與光谷
國際網球中心和奧體中心形成體育文化與品牌聯動發展。未來，光谷足球
體育公園將以體教結合為核心，成為武漢光谷足球青訓基地，并對社會開
放。
用地內共設 6 片 11 人制足球場、1 片守門員訓練場、4 片 8 人制足球場、
4 片 5 人制足球場、1 片天然草網球場，及相關配套設施用房。
The project is located in the East Lake High-tech Zone, Wuhan
City, Hubei Province. The total planning area of the project is
13.24 hectares, including 97,141.32 square meters for the No. 1
(professional team area) and 35,220.39 square meters for the
No.2 (youth training area).
The project gives consideration to the multiple functions of
professional football training, competitions and public football,
etc. After completion, it will form a sports culture and brand
linkage development with Optics Valley International Tennis
Center and Olympic Sports Center. In the future, Optics Valley
Soccer Sports Park will become Wuhan Optics Valley Soccer
Youth Training Base based on the combination of sports and
education, and open to the society.
There are 6 11-a-side football pitches, 1 goalkeeper training
ground, 4 8-a-side football pitches, 4 5-a-side football pitches, 1
grass tennis court and related facilities on the site.
