項目建設難點：
1. 場地范圍內有較大高差，需綜合考慮造價、施工、使用、管理各個方
面，并進行土方平衡，做好豎向設計，合理規劃建筑與場地的關系，并
做好護坡、擋土墻的處理。
2. 青訓場地建設在地下停車庫屋頂上，設計球場的同時，需綜合考慮地
庫頂板荷載、各類設施基礎處理、屋面豎井避讓、場地排水等專業問題。

Difficulties in project construction:
1. There is a large height difference within the site, so it is
necessary to comprehensively consider all aspects of cost,
construction, use and management, balance earthwork, do a
good job of vertical design, reasonably plan the relationship
between the building and the site, and do a good job of slope
protection and retaining wall treatment.
2. The youth training site is built on the roof of the
underground parking garage. While designing the course,
professional problems such as the load on the roof of
the basement, the treatment of all kinds of facilities and
foundations, the shelter of the roof shaft and the drainage of
the site should be comprehensively considered.
